Welcome back to Monday! This will be another post in my "Summer fun" series and one that comes with an obvious but true: Fresh air and sun (not TOO much sun, don't get skin cancer!) has been proven to help your mood and over all well being! Something we ALL need after getting repeatedly pummeled by 2020.
Getting out there and walking for atleast 2 hours a week also can vastly improve your heart health, according to the American Heart Association. Which is something I have been trying to do every week!
I do NOT go anywhere without my Lip fix or my Muscle cream. Smooth lips protected from the sun is a no-brainer, and as I have mentioned before, I have Osteoarthritis in my lower spine, so Kalbra helps me avoid flare ups so I can remain active! (Tincture drop in the Morning, and my Muscle Rub for any soreness along the way) I absolutely LOVE hiking, and Love that New York has so many amazing trails,there is just an indescribable feeling when you reach the top.
Also: Swimming! You can find safe, local rivers or lakes, or if you can safely hit a beach! Maybe you are lucky to know have or have family or a close friend with a pool, and then you can stretch those muscles and swim to your hearts content! (perhaps you could have caught me swimming like a fish this weekend!)
Not only is the smooth scent of our Lavender Roll ons amazing on its own, but you will find yourself soaking in the calming vibes of putting it on your pressure points - its the perfect way to unwind for the night, enjoying a summer sunset. (boost those endorphins!)
