Mocktails and Cocktails!

Mocktails and Cocktails!

Hey guys! It's Friday, it's nearly officially Summer, its finally consistently nice out, so today is the perfect time to get you some refreshing drink recipes!

NOTE:  I am presenting the recipes below as-is, but if you would like them to be CBD  infused, add 1 Dropper per drink, and with ALL of these recipes, if you would like to make it a cocktail, use a shot of your preference, with either White Rum or Vodka, and enjoy! (Hey, healthy Mocktails for Kali, Cocktails for me!)

Sweet Blender Drinks: Have Blender!  Whether you're blending a healthy fruit smoothie or a decadent ice cream treat, these are the drinks that beat the heat!

Many of these recipes say "with ice," as in "blend with ice." This means you should add ice when blending to both thicken and dilute the drink. The amount of ice to add is up to you, depending on how think and "slushy" you want the drink to be! Start with about 1/2 to 1 cup of ice and add more if needed.

Without further ado, here's 5 healthy, summery favorite drinks!
